One month after the levees near London Mills broke and much of the small village flooded, residents are still struggling to put their lives back in order. Although the abundant water standing throughout most of the village has subsided, London Mills, which was declared a disaster by FEMA, is far from returning to normal. The village may never completely return to the way it once was.
